When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients , please cancel as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel 32 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to schedule! Cancellations made before the 32 hour in advance of the [Appointment/Service/] date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 32 hr will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund. If You Are 10 Min Late A $15 Late Fee Will Be Applied To Your Appointment , If You Are 15 Min Late Your Appt Will Be CANCELLED !
